    The beginning with DVDs was confusing and I felt it was unnecessary. You could have shown the same by having a clip of the woman looking for instance at the wedding ring on her finger. Or kicking his socks out of the way.
    But the scene in the tube was fantastic. Sharp, unexpected. Moving. First I thought Oh, pickup!' then I thought 'prude' and then I thought 'Oh no! Poor things.'

    Agreed, very lovely. I also agree the dvd's wasn't strictly necessary to get the point across, however, I don't think it took anything away to have it there. Perhaps having something other than the dvd's would have felt differently? e.g. women can like blokey dvd's, too, but having male clothes is a different and stronger identifying factor
